Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plays an ever important role in the policy of Zwanenberg Food Group. We strive towards sustainable methods of doing business and working, and have made considerable progress in this field in recent years.
People, Planet, Profit
At Zwanenberg Food Group, sustainability, quality, cooperation and respect for mankind, animal welfare and
the environment are crucial concepts. Through its integrated approach to People, Planet and Profit, Zwanenberg aims for a positive social perception with regard to the production of meat products, meat preserves and specialty products.
Planet means that the care for the natural habitat is integrated in the business process. This requires a pro-active approach to environmental issues by companies.
The care for People is both internally oriented (towards own personnel) and externally (towards society).
Profit relates to the creation of value through production of goods and services and through creation of employment and sources of income generation.
